South Hampshire hot air balloon flights

Giving some of the best views of the South Coast and Isle of Wight, Adventure Balloons South Hampshire balloon flights take off from launch sites in Alton, West Meon, Micheldever, Winchester and Popham and offer a great experience for our passengers.

It is important that the hot air balloon stays clear of Southampton Airport airspace and the Solent, so the launch site will be decided on the day of the flight depending on which way the wind is blowing and how fast.

During a balloon flight over South Hampshire passengers can expect to see landmarks such as Winchester Cathedral and Popham airfield, as well as small towns and villages like Candovers, Whitchurch and Laverstoke and of course the beautiful South Hampshire countryside.

With hot air balloon flights starting from just £85, now has never been a better time to order yours!

Aerial photography from a hot air balloon

Taking a hot air balloon ride is a magical experience and can be shared with your friends and family by taking some aerial photography of your flight. During the flight, the balloon can travel between 2 and 20 miles depending on the wind speed and can reach a high of up to 3000 feet, making it a great place to capture some remarkable pictures.

The balloons basket can be rotated by the pilot to give everyone a 360 degrees view of their surroundings including aerial views of town and villages and the beautiful British countryside. Morning flights are particularly good for viewing wildlife, where you can see them from this unique perspective.

A hot air balloon flight will be remembered for a lifetime and taking photographs means that you friends and family can enjoy the experience as well.
